Charger options for charging Li-ion to 4.1V

I'm looking for a reasonably priced charger that would let me select a charge termination voltage of 4.1V or less that would accommodate cell sizes up to and including 26650. Is there anything out there like that that's a simple 2-4 bay charger, and not a super expensive RC "prosumer" hobby charger?

Edit for context: I'm toying with direct drive incan hotwires and want to take the edge off the instaflash risk
