I got into chess back in 2001 because one of my sister's friends that was hot played it.
When in the Chess Club I had an agreement that I never needed to show up to any official matches and would only play at like lunchtime meets.
On Chess.com my score was really low. I had the strategy at some point to win by default in making turns last like 3 hours or so. Once the other person gave up from it taking so long I could win by default.
In prison I finally learn 'opening moves' from one of the Muslim bros. I lose a lot of games if I won any it was because the other person was very unskilled. I once lost a match in less than 10 moves but it was probably less than that.
Now I play N64.

I have always loved playing Chess. It is one of the very few games that is not dependent on dice or card dealt.
As they say, chess is pure skill.
