Nope and I'm pretty sensitive to that and PWM. One thing I've noted on lights that have inductor whine is to make sure all the parts are screwed together tightly. I find that loose parts (especially the tailcap) tend to make the whining more pronounced.

I'm not sure since I don't know what the current draw is as that would be a critical piece of info to calculate runtime (at least on paper since it'll vary as voltage decreases and the driver boosts in order to maintain regulation). I'll see if I can scrounge up some primaries and do a runtime soon.

I really wasn't expecting much based solely on specs and my lack of experience with Crelant products but I gotta say, it has really impressed me. It may not be the brightest or fanciest but it has performed solidly without a hitch. While I've always found the styling striking, it has continued to grow even more on me.
