CIA and SÄPO (Swedish CIA) might put me one their death-list for this but compared to the socioeconomic costs, a power failure can't be that expensive to buy if you know the right people.
I would just love to be in the middle of the city with my friends and all our flashlights and preferably a camcorder too and just make that call. God damn it would be fun!
What would you pay for a power failure in your town?

It could just as well be limited to street lights. It would have the same effect.
cy said:it happened to Mut and I at shot show. We were eating in restaurant at Terrible's Hotel. when the power when completely dead!
of course I whup out my Mclux ti and never missed a beat. the chef that was making me an omlet could see due to me light. otherwise it was completely DARK!
After a few minutes, emergency backup lights came on. meanwhile in the other room, Mut turned on his light and kept on eating like nothing happened.
this power outage happpened in a large hotel and casino. turns out the construction crews knocked out the power. which stayed off for several hours.
that's my story and I'm sticking to it...
