Disassembling an Inova 24/7 headlamp?

OK, what is the magic trick to disassemble an Inova 24/7 headlamp? I see no way to get it apart. I think the magic gateway must be through the rotating bezel, but I'm not ready just yet to get my pry bar out! Either that, or it is designed to be assemble-only.

Well, you've already smoked it with an R123, so there's not much warranty to expect...

Why not be the first to take one apart and tell us how it's done?


IIRC, the switch ring uses magnets for activation (like the U2).
Try prying off the switch ring? I'm afraid you'll have to tear through the plastic to get to it's guts.
