You would need a heatsink, such as the H22A: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?310770-********-H22A-Heatsinks-********

Add LED and driver of choice.

I could also machine you a custom heatsink. Please PM, if interested.



The body is sized for a single lithium-ion cell, either 18650 or 26650. You can also use a 3 x AA holder, as long as it will fit in a stock-diameter light.
