Howdy-

I bought some new Carley RF1940 reflectors and the finish is kind of "foggy" . . it's not as nice and "mirrory" like the SL60 kit I bought from JS. . wondered if there's anything I can do (fine sanding maybe?) to fix this.

I looked and looked, and couldn't find any previous posts on this topic.

THANKS in advance!

Is your reflector aluminazed?
Carley sells polished bare aluminum reflectors with no coating too. They look more like foggy.
If aluminaze coating is foggy, best way will be strip, repolish and recoat.
