Gerber Infinity Ultra with Nichia CS LED

I just bought another Gerber IU since I liked my first one so much. I bought the first one about 1 month ago online. The newest one is definitely brighter than my older one. I dont remember if the older one had the BBT marking on the package, but the new one did. I got it at the Sportsmans Warehouse. I believe I am going to buy one more new one and give my old one to my friend. There is quite a bit of difference! --Tim

Is there a big difference in the runtime also?

My nice, new Nichia CS LED draws exactly the same current as the old, dim, blue tinted LED did in the IU circuit. They are just more efficient at producing light from the same power input, so same runtime expected.
