Glass for Pacific Yet???

Now that I have my Pacific and really like it, I am really hoping a glass lens will become a reality for it. Robyn or MJ do you have anything new on this? I know that the poly lenses are available for the asking but some of us just like glass. Any new for us?? Doug

At the very least a cap to protect the lens/window would be nice. I've mentioned it before but the white plastic cap from a 1 lb. disposable Coleman propane bottle is a nice snug fit for the Ranier. It is also translucent enough to provide a nice diffusion if needed. I don't run the light this way though.
