I have some question:
Is there any way to know or any signs that helps to know if it originals? (without cut the wrap).
or any way to check if it have a good protection?

What is most dangerous to use those batteries without protection or fake ultrafire ?

About charge:
I have this charger I got from ebay 4 years ago or something. It still never used before.
Is it safe to use for this batteries ?

The cells look like generic pany B(good).

Charger bin tbh, get an Xtar or Nitecore, the former i prefer out of the 2. Two bays should be around $10-$15 ish and an investment for years. If you dont mind spending a bit more, check the vp1 and vp2 out with voltage readout(very useful).

Decent chargers not only bring safety to the party, but also help the health of the cells. So spending a bit more on a good charger, pays off over time. If possible order cells/chargers from reputable sellers..........
