Also, 1.4A is a little too high for XRE's and probably isn't a very good idea. You should look into XPG chips since they can run at higher currents and in general, have lower Vfs.
You'd probably have to order more than you would use to select the ones that don't have high Vfs unless the seller can guarantee the Vf bin.
