I did order a Cygolite Hypershot–350.

I mounted it on the seat post.

I am considering buying another one for the back of my helmet, too.

@JAS , how is the Hypershot 350 working out? And, did you happen to get one for the helmet as well?

Hopefully it'll be sufficient. It's certain, now, that you'll be seen. Might even get oncoming vehicles to give you a wider berth as they pass (which has been my own experience, with most vehicles).
