I have a rather strange condition of the parcel - it passed customs clearance, but did not get into the USPS. USPS will not look for her, because it's not in their system yet, so I'm guessing I should contact customs and talk to them, but I can't find their direct email contact anywhere. I wrote several emails via the online form - https://help.cbp.gov/s/?language=en_US - but there was never a response
I can't call them - my phone does not communicate with their international number.
