What is HI CRI in your eyes? Over 90 or over 80 etc, for me i see 80+ good enough for hi cri(or compared to a lot of 70CRI). For these i have gone 90+ CRI,

Thats about it off the top of my head, i can say though i enjoy 4500k xhp35 and xhp35 HI very much although lower CRI. Also xhp50 5k along with some xpl HI's. So HI CRI is not a must have, colour temp and tint are more important. After all, i dont want a smoke stain yellow hi cri beam! Give me a 5k NW 70 CRI any day instead.
The sc62d 85CRI is a winner, 5k and very nice!
219c 5k which is 80+ iirc, also a nice temp/tint
These are both xp-l2, 4k and 4.5k. The 4k is too yellow, the 4.5k much more bearable on the eye's/brain. Even though lower CRI, i much prefer it............as an example .
Cheers!
