Identify these rechargeable flashlight hosts

Could someone help me identify these two flashlight hosts? Both are micro-usb rechargeable. One takes an 18650, the other takes a 26650/sleeved-18650/3xAAA-cartridge.

I'm interested in opinions about which host has a better reflector/throw, which has a better button/usb port, etc.
