Is there much interest in modding factory "LED PRO" Maglites? I understand these are a bit older and are Mag's first foray into LEDs.
My hope is that these use the same components as the 6D LED PRO cousin. If so, I think the light would be a great candidate for two 26650s. I don't mind the performance of the light as-is, I just hate the voltage drop associated with Alkalines and would enjoy longer run time.
