EDIT/UPDATE - after searching some other forums this is likely to be the McClicky. However, Lenslight will fix it. I'm very impressed by their customer service.

I have a Lenslight Ti mini that works fine on flood. But when I twist the head to full spot (i.e. twist all the way) it wont turn off, and even stays on when the clicky is half depressed then released. I can get it to turn off again by either twisting the head back to flood, or by uncrewing the end cap containing the McClicky by a couple of turns. Oddly, if I then tighten up the end cap it works fine again for a bit.

I have no idea whats going on. Changing from flood to spot shouldn't alter anything in the battery compartment. Similarly although backing the end cap off a couple of turns will change how much the battery is compressed by the spring in the tail cap I'm not sure why this changes anything. I'm running a new duracell lithium primary.

Can anyone suggest what might be happening and how to fix it?

I'm adding a confused emoticon for emphasis.
