Thanks for posting.
I have a Darryl Allen Bug light. that I've been thinking about an LED upgrade.
It uses a 12 v, miniature threaded bulb (no-longer availabe).
The light holds 10 D-cells. I've up graded the reid switch, to a cmos circuit, so next step is a new emitter & reflector.

hi all
im a ex commercial diver and I have two of these fantastic torches ok they may not be the brightest but they are virtually indestructible there are more around than you think one can be found in the logistic escape trunk on most uk subs but there may be one or two missing !!
as far as I am aware spares are still available from the manufactures I have not approached the company but I think the new price is a fortune.
mine are near mint despite having been used for work one has been down to 300m in the tool basket of a rov as my mate said it would not make it how wrong he was.
