I am looking for a small flashlight which I can carry for daily use. I would prefer a clicky with "momentary-on" on the flashlight. Thus, my requirements are:
1. Has a forward clicky.
2. Length<3.5 inch
3. Price<$30
Anybody can give me some suggestions? Thanks!

under $30 i'd suggest either the RC-G2 II or RC-N3 II from shiningbeam depending what type of battery you'd prefer

Streamlight AAA Microstream meets all of your requirements. Output is around 20 lumens. Comes with a carry-clip. Forward-clickie is a bit soft though.

+1 on the Romisen G2.

I got 2 off DX for $11 to put in the cars.
Nice little light, bright, decent beam.

The Streamlight is also a great light.
Super durable, lifetime warranty, great form factor.

Can't go wrong with one of these two...depending on your brightness requirements.

Romisen RC-C6. Got one recently and I like it more and more every day. Small stubby light with great features and good quality feel.

+1 DX Romissen RC-G2. Forward-clicky, nice light beam, only ~$11 and runs on standard AA's. I own two and have bought several for family members.

RC-29 for $15.69 from KD. Doesn't have outdated emitter unlike the DX G2.
