I want to add some battery-powered light to the inside of my safe. The existing product offerings all leave a bit to be desired. For example, they use a 20" light bar, which gives great light in one spot, but no light at all in other spots. Or, they use 8 D-Cell batteries. No thanks.
I want to use the 18650 batteries I already have to make this work, and I'm leaning towards the LED strips from Amazon that come in 15 foot lengths. I'd like to have the lights come on automatically, either by motion detection, magnetic switch, or otherwise. Turning off on their own is a must.
Gonna keep doing my research and check back in a bit to see if anyone has suggestions. Thanks in advance.
