May I suggest a new product?

Solarforce Battery spacers.
You see Solarforce bodies are longer than they should and teh sitaution get worse if you use buttonless batteries.

I am using spacers around 8mm but even the 15mm spacers AW sells will work.

So how about making 8-10mm long version of your dummy batteries?
