We just got some pictures from the 2005 Convention on our site. It was in Los Angeles, CA, and was hosted by the "King of Flashlights", Mr. Bill Utley. There were some great exhibitors there this year, and "The Beast" and USL were all the talk... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

FM,

CPF had a micro get-together (5 of us, I think) there on saturday. (I will be "goosing" PK for the rest of his life for being somewhat "Out-of-place" at the convention. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crackup.gif ) I didn;t really get to meet Bill, but bought his book and have had the pleasure of reading it! He is sort of local to me, and some day, I hope to meet him and see his collection, and hopefully, add a couple of truely early lights to mine!

IMO, flashlight luminosity is progressing geometrically! Keeping track of the roots of "Flashaholicism" is a noble endeavor!
