"Li-ion" is an all-encompassing term for several types of rechargeable batteries, not a specific chemistry. LiCo, IMR, Lithium Phosphate etc.. can all be referred to as Li-ion batteries.
The batteries in question are Lithium Phosphate batteries w/nominal voltage of 3.2 and a recommended charge voltage of 3.65.
