Should I replace my $20 2015 18650 headlamp ?

The 18650 may be dead and not holding charge. Just get 2 new batteries or whole new unit? Same same price?
Is Zebra $90 that much better than a $20 Amazon generic? I had no complaints with my $20 unit.
What should I get in the $20 range?
