These all look great. I am going to have to look into this. At least a lanyard with a trit...

How was this done?

Was the head drilled out and the trits slid in the holes?

What size trits? 1.5x6mm? Same as the ones in the tail switch?

+1 Who did the trit mod for you? I have a couple v10r's i would like to have trits added to :)

Seems like everybody is doing thisd themselves, is anybody doing the milling here comercially?? Seems like alot of people want to get this done on their lights, including me :ironic:. Awesome lights with the sticks installed. Thanks for sharing.

Here are some that I've done and more lights are currently in process ...

McGizmo Ti Haiku being milled:

NiteCore piston being machined:

Added a 50,000 rpm air spindle specifically for aluminum slot milling & installed a digital readout:

Machining a slot for a 1.5x5mm trit on each side of an M3

Green trit dry installed to check sizing

An L5 with three trits located at 120° spacing, one directly opposite the clip:

An L1 with two trits spaced 180° apart. Just barely enough room to drop the slot into the tiny groove behind the checkering:

And an A2 with three trits at 120° spacing ... and an even smaller space to land the end mill :)

Where the trits at torino? All I see are glow rings. Those are not even close.

Nice trits! But I guess it´s too difficult to get some over here in Europe.

And nice work, precisionworks! Interesting to see how the trit chambers are made.
