Someone on here had a 3X18650 body and a SF Z46 head. I have been trying to find the post to figure out what lamp he was using. Any of this ring a bell?

I don't 100% remember posting that, but you did just describe a setup I run sometimes. It's a 3X18650 Leef body customized by Fivemega, a Tad Customs MNXX bi-pin adapter and a Fivemega custom T-1.5 11V axial filament lamp. I don't think the lamps available from him anymore.
