FF - PayPal's "Friends & Family" is a means for transferring money from one to another with no fees imposed on either. This offers no buyer or seller protection if something goes wrong when used for buying/selling. Intended fur such things as; sending some money to your kid/relative/friend in college, you're nephew's birthday or just paying a friend back for catching the bill for supper last night or just to donate money.

GS - PayPal's "Goods & Services" is a means for transferring money for the purpose of buying or selling... "goods" or "services". The preferred choice for buying tangible items as it offers some protection for buyers/sellers if something goes wrong with the deal. Imposes a fee for the money transfer at [purchase price] + 2.9% + 0.30 cents.

Being unfamiliar with the HDS, I visited their site for education and as I understand it... This light will accept the 18340 cell as is, and if one wanted to run an 18650, they'd need the longer "battery compartment" that HDS sells, correct?

16340 as is. And yes, a separate 18650 battery compartment would be required to run off of 1x18650.
