If you want something similar looking that's actually from the 80s & incandescent see if you can find one of those made in china Seagull flashlights. They take two Ds I think. Those can still be had as new old stock & are super cheap. + it's the real deal, tho probably not the model they used in the show. Close enough if ya squint, innit?

This flashlight is much more authentic looking than I originally thought. Here are photos of a vintage Eveready Energizer flashlight that would have come out between 1980 & 1986.

Mine just arrived, they look very similar indeed:

One quick mod I already did was to add an o-ring at the back, it even looks like there is a place for it, but mine had none, so here's what I've done

Does anyone know if these flashlights contain the same hidden message?
