Surefire Bezel Down clips

That is the surefire e1b clip, i dont know of any other way to get one besides buying the e1b.
But by no means am i a surefire expert, so dont just go by what i say.

As of right now, the reverse clip from the E1B Backup is not yet available from Surefire. What I did, along with some of my friends, was buy the E1B and remove the clip from that...and sell off the E1B in the Marketplace with the old short E clip. 
That picture is a little old...I now use that E1B clip in my E1L-BK.

Considering that the E1B has been backordered for a while due to high demand and not enough supply, I'd say that it'll be a while before these clips become available separately. Last I heard, the E1B's were backordered for 6 weeks! But that was about two weeks ago...so 4 weeks left! Whoohoo! Although, I know a shooting range near me that has a few E1B's in stock...but full retail price + CA 8.25% tax = I'm waiting 4 weeks.
