May I please get a list of all Surefire lamps that fit the M3 z46 bezel?

Lumens Factory and Tad Customs options are easy to compile, so I'll do that here, but the Surefire MN numbered lamps are inscrutable, and I don't see a list anywhere. I am aware of two, but I have a sinking suspicion there were others, though what they could be escapes me. I could have sworn I saw mentioned recently a Surefire lamp that fit z46 that didn't have a MN number, has a different model name configuration, was brighter with less runtime than the two below. If there were any other lamp assemblies made by anyone else, I'd like to compile them here, even if there's something that could work but is disavowed re: mod, so long as it's incan.

Surefire
MN10 1.18A-1.3A 9V 125Lm .......... 2x Li-ion or 3x CR123A
MN11 2.4A-2.5A 9V 225Lm ............ 2x Li-ion* or 3x CR123A

Lumens Factory
HO-M3 1.55A 9V 320Lm .................. 2x Li-ion or 3x CR123A
EO-M3 2A 9V 380Lm ........................ 2x Li-ion or 3x CR123A
IMR-M3 2.4A 7.4V 500Lm ................. 2x IMR

Tad Customs (M socket bipin)
A3712 1.2A 3.7V 80Lm ..................... 1x Li-ion
A3718 1.8A 3.7V 140Lm ................... 1x Li-ion
A4812 1.2A 4.8V 120Lm ................... 2x CR123A
A6010 1.0A 6V 150Lm ...................... 2x LiFePO4 (3.2V)
A7212 1.2A 7.2V 200Lm ................... 2x Li-ion or 3x CR123A

Other (w/socket)
Streamlight TL-3 1.2A 7.5V 200Lm .... 2x Li-ion or 3x CR123A**
Carley 1499 1.84A 7.2V ...................... 2x Li-ion or 3x CR123A
fivemega 1794 3A 7V 1000Lm ............ 2x IMR*

MN11 only has 20 min runtime. I can't think of what lamp that might be. All the other MN lamps I can think of fit the various turboheads only. Maybe it was an experimental lamp?

idk. I nearly committed it to memory, but I thought I'd never be interested in Surefire lamps. Then a few weeks later, unexpectedly, I was a little.

MN10 is nominaly 9 volt, 1.2 Amp bulb and according to this test, such a load will drop voltage of CR123A down to about 2.5 volt per cell therefore work at spec by 7.5 Volt.
MN10 and MN15 have similar specification but different mounting.

---
MN11 is nominaly 9 volt, 2.4 Amp bulb and according to
this test, such a load will drop voltage of CR123A down to about 2.2 volt per cell therefore work at spec by 6.6 Volt.
MN11 and MN16 have similar specification but different mounting.
As you see pair of lithium ion is perfect match for MN10 and MN15 but will overdrive a MN11 and MN16 lamp.

---
If you have a proper bi-pin socket and can locate a Carley 1499 (7.2V, 1.84A) lamp will work perfectly by pair of Lithium-Ions as High output and Streamlight TL-3 (7.5V, 1.2A) bulb as a Low output.

I love the MN10.. it has good output like the P90, and because of old DOD contracts, there's a billion of them out there. I never worry if I might burn one out, and they run excellent on two lithium ions if you don't want to use 3xCR123A's.

I'd love to find a Carley 1499. You still have some frosted potted for Mag. Maybe I'll get a couple after I get the thing together.

I pulled the current data from rikvee's Popular bulbs current draw post. I don't see any mention of these lamps on SilverFox's 123 battery shootout post. But I suppose you mean he was using those lamps somewhere? He mentions M6 a few times.

I've just assumed 1499 and TL-3 will also fire on 3x CR123A. Let me know if that's wrong.

Strion xenon uses a bulb called TL-3 that is about 85Lm, but oddly Streamlight sold a tactical flashlight called "TL-3" running on 3x CR123A at allegedly 200Lm. There were two different Streamlight bulbs called TL-3? That's not confusing at all.

because of old DOD contracts, there's a billion of them out there.

I really like that about them, but I have yet to try one. Someday.

Silverfox used 0.5 Amp, 1 Amp and 2 Amps load to test voltage drop of CR123A batteries.
He never tested with any bulb but we know load of any bulb when draw at spec or over drived by our experience.
1499 is 7.2 Volt, 1.84 Amp and will fire on 3x CR123A for about 45 minutes.
TL-3 is 7.5 Volt, 1.2 Amp will fire on 3x CR123A for about 60 minutes.
Strion bulb is G2, 3.7 Volt, 1.7 Amp.
TL-3 bulb is G2, 7.5 Volt, 1.2 Amp.
TL-2, NF-2 and Scorpion bulb is G2, 5 Volt, 1.2 Amp.

Took me a minute, but I get it. I could almost draw the voltage sag of those lamps on that chart. Appreciated, fivemega.
