Re: Huge E-Series and C-Series Sales Thread

Hello Fonfan

Good questions. I'm going to post them in the sales thread too.

OVEREADY TnC Titanium E-Series Shrouded Tailcap is ready for direct Mcclicky install?
Yes, you need nothing besides a McClicky. I have a new boot ready for you.

Surefire KL3 Head is new without defects?
Yes. I've played around with it a little bit. That's why I bought it. I wanted to know what the first real Surefire LED head was like.

Surefire Z3 Combat Light has LX2 head?
It comes with its stock Z44 head.

What cost is for you, for Barry and for shipping (and from what country) together?
The price is for me only. Remember, I paid $180. If you want to bore it, thus is an additional ~$60 payable to Barty Milton of Precision Works. As far as I know Barry's asking actual shipping cost which is not too much. The Z3 is now in USA. Where do you live?

PFlexPro Dropin max current?
This is from the original sales thread. The PFlexpro drop-in is the advanced programming model with 24 different brightness levels, various strobe/beacon modes, thermal control and battery status/efficiency programming. It has a maximum output of approximately 1384 lumens, a minimum of approximately 1.3 lumens and a throw range of approximately 325 meters. I will include original paperwork that details the programming instructions as well as a spare set of springs that can be attached to the drop-in to accommodate different battery lengths (flat or button top 18650) and an extra length of copper wrap

UV Dropin wave length?
365nm

Maglite Solitaire condition?
Barely used. Never on a key chain. No scratches etc.

Kind regards,
HP

Re: Huge E-Series and C-Series Sales Thread

Sorry, two more questions. (1) Is it the 3.8A or 3.04A version? (2) Is it the short or standard length? Thanks,

I don't know the answers to the other two questions. Current? With >1300 Lumen I could only guess.

Re: Huge E-Series and C-Series Sales Thread

Thanks. The 3.8A version is designed for 18650s, which is the one I'm looking for. Did you use it with 18650s or 16650s? The short version is designed for a stop-bored 6p, which allows the head to screw all the way down; with a standard length drop in, it won't.

I used it with 18650 only. In my 6p try he head can be fully screwed tight. It's not stop bored. So I'm not sure about the length.

Re: PRICE DROP: Huge E-Series and C-Series Sales Thread

One final question! I promise! Did you ever use a protected 18650 with the light? If yes, it's the short one and I'll take it. If you only used unprotected, then it could be either length and I'll have to defer to BigCountry. Thanks.

Re: PRICE DROP: Huge E-Series and C-Series Sales Thread

I have a protected 18650. But my 6p ials a classic, fully bored, and not the usual original. So I don't know and I'm not responsible if it is the wrong dropin.

The KL3 head would be a good match for the Z3.

$200 if you take both!

Fuchs - Thanks for answering my questions. It was a great price, glad you're able to sell to BigCountry. I'll take the next one :)
