McGizmo Ti PD-S!

For me, it has the best balance between throw and spill. As well as the best tint out of all the lights I own - not too warm and not too cool.

Mmm...been thinking about this one a bit and there really is no 'perfect' beam as there are different requirements for different situations.

Tonight it is raining cats and dogs and a floody light is of no use to see past the almost wall of water coming out of the sky. I had to use the XP-G endowed mag to see the 2-3 inches of water flowing over the back yard as the Quark Tactical just made a nice cone of light for about 5 metres and then you couldn't see anything.

However I would never use the XP-G mag to go walking with as it's just this bright little hotspot that doesn't even light up the width of the footpath.

It's horses for courses.
