I'll second the Surefire Titan as a keychain light. I'm surprised by all the photos posted here of lights not on or abused as actual keychain lights.

If AAA durability is what you need:
1- SureFire Titan
2- Any single-AAA model from Peak
3- Old model Fenix L0D

I haven't had an issue with my keychain light (formerly a Tube and now a Tube V2). I also own a few EO1s, EO1 V2s, and EO5s but the Tube works best for me as a keychain light. I often carry an Olight I3T as well (in my pocket).

I have a AAA rayovac that is claimed indestructible and has worked great. Uses plastic, a much better material for the pocket. Pathetic output but it works.
I also use the Folomov EDC2 and the Fenix LD02 v2 which are small lights with no key ring.
