there are lots of torches with IP68 rating. I have fenix lr35r. And Wuben C3. Just wondering are they ok to take snorkeling?? Or do i have to use a dive torch

The devil is in the details. How deep and how long were those lights tested to achieve those ratings?
A dive light is made to be submerged at depths way beyond snorkeling depths.
