So it looks like BOTH of these LS20's have sold. Is that the case, or did the offer by milomilo not work out for some reason?

The 3V-only light would be a good candidate for the Centauri mod, which adds three brightness modes to the spotlight and also adds RCR123 compatibility. I think it's much better when paired with a C-Pak so the modes can be changed using a clicky switch, but a few people have opted to keep using the PD Pak.
