Thanks, I think price would be about $100 US? + shipping. Triton bought stateside would probably be about same price, considering shipping. You can use magnets as temporary holders. Rare earth magnets. 1/4" X about 3/8" diameter. Good and strong for larger D cells: use 1/8" X 1/4" for smaller cells. I have some ready for my Triton, when it arrives.

I got it from eBay (new) for €54 which is about $65. I have an 'all singing all dancing' charger in my workshop but I wanted something to take round with me but of better quality than say a DSD.

The Ultamat 10 is very well built and has the advantage of running directly from AC or 12 volts.

I want to find proper battery holders rather than use magnets or clamps, I did find some via a wholesaler but min order was 100. Maybe I should organize a GB ?

Some ammunition boxes (shotgun size) work OK to store 18650's. For 123's, I use mostly Lock & Lock containers, but I have a small OtterBox too, and a couple of those orange waterproof match containers (2x123's, or 1x18650). Oh, I also use old Kodak Advantix film canisters (fits 2x123's -tight).

Hi greenLED, What I am looking for is a holder with contacts for charging them in. Maybe I should say battery clip or battery box ?

This sort of thing but for R123 or 16850
