"EDC"? - My dumb question for the day..

From spending enough time reading here, I've figured out that an "EDC" is a "favorite or primary" flashlight, but I do not know what the letters "EDC" stand for..

Could someone "enlighten" me? Thanx.

EDC = Every Day Carry.

Ahhh....Thanks. I knew it was something simple. I even did a search on EDC but didn't find the acronym spelled out anywhere.

I think it is a government conspiracy turning everything into an acronym! Like
CPF,VCR, TV, FBI, CIA, ACSW, IOU, BTW, SFDB,
SF, SL, UK... okay, IOU isn't an acronym,
but i threw it in any way just to add some flavor.

I actually just started an acronym text file here. We're getting lots of questions, and we keep making new ones: LI = Lambda Illuminator. I think I'll start a new thread and have everyone throw their best ones at me, then I'll compile it and see if we can't stick it in the FAQ somewhere.
