I'd like to put one of these together if it will work. It would be even better if it could be rechargeable.

YES, Because I have one at home ( sadly not mine, It has to go back soon
)
It has the P91 in it and a couple of old Pilas that work first time ( no double clicking)
The Cells are 2 x 17500 size, I dont know the Pila names, I think they are 150's.
Definatley brighter and more constant output with 2 x Pilas
This light has all the output of the 9P or C3 centurioun, But it is pocket friendly, smaller more EDCable.
