I am a machinist and I made this light along the same design as Electrolumens Telsa-6. I used (6) Luxeon 3 watt and long throw 27mm reflectors. The sunken center reflector was to keep the head size as small as possible. This light uses (9) AA batteries in (3) 3aa-to1D adapters (included). The light utilizes a 3D M@gl1te body. This is one of the longest throwing, brightest lights I have ever seen.

Runtime is 2-3 hours.

Seems that some people are thinking that I am building more lights, I am not. I am not going to modify this light, build more, change switches, change battery config, or reflector. I am just selling a light.

$225 including paypal, shipping, and insurance to the CONUS

First "I'll take it" and it's theirs!

Here are some pics:

Here are the requested Beam Shots. They are shot in manual mode and resized for the web with CS3.

1st is my Electrolumens TriStar Phazer

Next is my Custom Light

Nice light. Does it use a driver board or is it direct drive (LEDs in 3s2p config)? how easy is it to swap the LEDs?

It is direct Drive. It's the same configuration as the 9AA Tesla-6 from Elektrolumens.
It would be easy to change the leds, but it would have to be rewired.

Hope this helps.

Just curious as to why you would give up your first mod. I would find it kind of sentimental. Sure is pretty.

Thanks, the pictures really don't do it justice. I'm not good at beamshots, the light carries farther than it looks in the pics.

Absolutely Stunning!!!!
