Just getting into this game with High power 150+ Lumen LED's from Cree, Seoul, and Luxon III. Quite an improvement since my 3 burner $30 Petzel that sits on my head with 4 modes!

I'm looking for some expert input on adapting a flashlight to a handlebar mount for my Mountain bike. I ride mostly steep single track at night.

My criteria:

1. Needs about 150 lumens or better. Cree P5? Or P4 /or Seoul?
2. Lens reflector needs to be flood like from 12 to 15 degree angle with no sharp cuttoffs.

3. Needs to be light, and run on lithium or NIMH rechargeable batteries for at least 3 hours at 50% or better.

4. Should have a minimum of 3 brightness modes and a flasher mode.

5. Would prefer a regulated circuit in the light.

6. Must have metal reflector and glass lens.

7. Easily Handle bar mountable and self contained with a sealed water proof switch.

So many brands out there from China. Suggestions?

I've already pulled apart my Walmart Brinkmann 2C cell 3w LED, and it looks like theres a good Luxeon III LED on an heatsinked insulation board in it. Was wondering how many lumens it's good for?
Thanks!
