Basically I'm planning to wire this board to the dome light in my car. Kennan board states anywhere from 4-18v input with an output current of 755mA, soooo..

If I run one of these to a Q5, with the star epoxied to a small but thick copper/aluminum board, what would I do with the driver board?

Can I leave it free hanging & not thermally epoxy it to anything?

Another question, let's say I'm doing the same setup, but having the driver board power two emitters (in a dual map light setup). Same deal?

It would probably be best to heatsink it, just in case. It'll be dissipating somewhere around 0.5-1W of heat, a pretty decent amount.
