Hello, I'm new here so let's get acquainted:wave:

My name is Ilia, I live in Israel,my hobby is metal worcking.

I have small home studio, which I have collected many years,It takes only 6 square meters and is found on the balcony of my apartment,work on the machines I learn myself for several years while building workshop.

So, now decided to share my bicycle lights,more precisely, their manufacturing process

I make them from time to time by order of the customers at the shop where I work.

The basis laid spot 12 volts 365 lumens and power of 6 watt.

Another thread that lost postings. The nice thing about these is they plug and play MR16 LED modules/lamps and seal them up so they can be indoor models or not, no problems. That makes them a bit large, but if weight isn't a big issue, and long term upgradability is, they are a lot like a flashlight that takes P60 modules. Just swap in the next upgrade in bulb, and keep on rolling. My first DIY light was a 10 degree MR16 Phillips bulb over 18 months ago, in a modded landscape housing. There has been a lot of progress since then in the MR16 units, so this is a nice idea nicely executed.
