I poked through the old solar threads and don't find some specific answers.
I want to run a Duracell CEF23 off of a solar panel. CEF23 has a 12v input. So here are the questions:
-Do I want a 12v panel or 15.4? I know the voltage drops with load vs. not.
-If my panel is rated at 600Ma, the charger requires 500. So cool, except in partial sun it will drop below 500. So what happens with the charger?
Are there schematics, or an off the shelf board to regulate voltage, block back feed etc?
What else do I need to know?
