Best throwing HID spotlight under $500?

I'm looking to buy my first HID spotlight and I'm looking to spend about $500 or less. I'm looking for maximum throw. Suggestions?

Oh, and no SLA batteries!

I see Titanium Innovations makes a 50W HID (LX50) that sells for about $450...anything better out there?

There are some chinese hids for $100ish, and the 35 watt one beats the tk70 in throw, and there are up to 65 watts.

Stanely hid maybe?

Thanks for the suggestions. That Stanley looks like the best bang for the buck but I'm willing to pay more for even more bang. Do you think the 65w china lights will out throw the TI LX50?

The TI LX50 at $450 seems like it would be suitable, but I'm just wondering if there is something with even better throw for $500 or less.

You need the biggest reflector (of a certain quality), that is the most important, followed by the wattage.

Unfortunately, right now there are really very few lights which are using Li ion packs.
