My 2 Maroon GE Steelbeams should be here tommorrow!

I picked them up used (returns) from Amazon for $12.50 shipped a piece . Now they are a listed at 10.16 with Free Shipping.

I sure hope these are warm light florescents! Crosses fingers.

GE branded lanterns are made by Jasco and rebranded.

Or, Jacso themselves may be rebranding another unknown Chinese manufacturer.

Either way, be aware that some GE Steelbeams have non-replaceable fluorescent tubes.

I was aware of that, but was looking for warm light in florescent and LED.

One of them is kind of dusty. Aparently they have quite a few returns on these.

Overall pretty happy.

I thought GE = Jasco?

They also have an Florescent/LED hybrid, which looks very similar to this particular version of the GE Steelbeam, which gives you the option of using only the LEDs and thus extended runtime. However, they were 3 times more than these return specials....so.

I have a few of these; the warm output is very nice.
