Replacement for CL-1499 bulb?

Is there anything out there that can replace this bulb?

If you can't find CL1499, H1499 or FM1794 then try Streamlight TL-3
Custom axial is almost same size but will work with 3Li-Ion
Your next choice will be G4 with modified socket if possible.
