How to find out which Eneloop to choose for Panasonic Oral Irrigator?

I have the standard Eneloop for it but now I am thinking how to find out which Eneloops is good for which gadget in the first place? I figured out the low powered one for watches will probably not cut here but do I need the more powerful one (designed for digital cameras) or the standard one is my best bet?

How often do you want to recharge? The 3 types have different capacity for longer or shorter runtime, but all will power the unit just fine. Longer runtime will cost you more!

We are talking 2AA batteries here, right? Low powered ones for watches? Please explain. Maybe I am not reading this post right. Help me.

Not sure about your statement. When I first used the original throw-away batteries came with the unit they gave more output power to the water stream than now with the (middle) Eneloop.
