I bought one of these battery packs, looked inside and did not see any circuitry. However the connection at the top of the soft flat batteries (like these like a circuit board. Is it possible that the circuit is too small to see?

I can't understand their poor translation of the instructions from Chinese. It sounds like they are saying to use it with a device with a discharge protection circuit.
I am going to use it with a flasher and a truck LED tail light that uses 55/415mA I will make the whole thing flash so I can run it longer.
