There's loads of lights that throw over 200m, even some single 18650 lights are doing that with ease now. Farthest throwing 2x18650 light with a reflector is the Armytek Barracuda at $140. It's little brother the Predator is less than $90 and throws up to 400m.
I've been researching my brains out over the last couple of weeks finding the best thrower in the 2x18650 and single 18650 class using reflectors and Armytek seem to be at the top of the pile.
