Complete newbie, but have learnt much from this forum already and others, hoping for a few bits of real world experience pointers here.
I have 40 3s1p packs of 3400 18650 Panasonic to think about charging :s (120 unprotected cells) and designing the best way to implement the pack/protection etc. I can add protection to the pack or the cells too, and either charge 120 cells or the 40 packs. Has anyone with experience of charging this many packs got any pointers for the best protection boards (either for a 3s1p pack or for each cell) for these Panasonics, and any tips/chargers etc for high volume, safe charging. I'd prefer to get it right the first time!
